From the Director’s desk
The word Ashiana means home, and here each student receives a lot of love and care, which I believe is the foundation for enhancing student learning.
Beyond this, interactive ways of teaching always help children learn and retain better. At Ashiana, the extra-curricular activities are seen as an extension of children’s studies and encourage every single student to participate in dramatics, debating, singing, poetry reading, art, and dancing among others. This gives them an easier and clearer understanding of any topic or situation.
Rapidly disappearing morals and values are given utmost importance at Ashiana Public School. We encourage students to proactively take the lead in explaining these to their respective classes. This enables them to retain these lifelines for years to come.
We are very supportive of and respect each student`s individuality and related development. For this I consider it integral to partner with parents in understanding the children better and so I have an open office where parents can feel free to come discuss their problems with me. My teachers go out of their way to accommodate serious issues.
